This 3/4" Hex Nut is used in conjunction with a 7/8" Set Screw, SKU: 280296 (sold separately), and acts as a manual override nut in case of power failure. It also holds the gear box in place after it has been attached to the Ground Control® 2.0 landing gear and jack leg gear shaft.

This hex nut is used exclusively on with the original gear box from the Ground Control® 2.0 electric leveling system and is not standard on the Lippert™ Universal Landing Gear legs. Lippert™ recommends replacing the set screw (SKU: 280296) in addition to the hex nut.
