U.S. Yacht Ensign
The U.S. Yacht Ensign is an alternative to the tradtional 50-star national flag that is carried onboard pleasure boats. It was designed by the officers of the New York Yacht Club and authorized by an Act of Congress in 1848. Today it remains as a legal national flag for boats.

Our sewn flags are made with a lightweight and durable fade-resistant nylon fabric that stands up to the harsh marine elements. Two brass grommets are sewn in the flag’s reinforced heading for a secure attachment to your boat. The nylon material easily catches the wind allowing you to proudly show off your patriotism.
